Outbound, set by hand

One message. One person. Then the next one.

Most outreach is built for volume. Ours is built for the reader. We study one buyer, write to that buyer, have a person check the words, and only then send them. Do that well enough, often enough, and it becomes a machine. Then we hand you the machine.

You grew on people who already knew you.

Referrals. Trade shows. The partner who mentions your name over dinner. That is how most established companies got where they are, and there is nothing wrong with it.

It is a network, though, and a network is not a system. It grows when someone else decides to talk about you. It goes quiet when they stop. You cannot turn it up in a slow season, and you cannot hand it to a new hire.

Meanwhile the buyers who have never heard of you are still out there. They are reading, comparing and asking around. Nobody is introducing you to them.

Where new buyers come from

Four doors to a stranger. Most companies only use one.

Outbound

You go to them, with a reason worth their time.

Content

They find you while they work out the problem.

Referrals

Someone they trust says your name. You know this door well.

Paid

You rent attention and pay for every look.

We look at which doors you keep open and which ones stay shut. Then we build the ones you never turned on, starting with the door your buyers are easiest to reach through.

How a single message gets made

  1. Read the buyer

Before anyone writes a word, we learn what this person is working on, what is changing at their company, and why now could matter to them.

  2. Write for one reader

The message is written for that person alone. If it would make the same sense sent to the person at the next desk, it gets rewritten.

  3. A person checks it

Every message is read by a human before it goes. The facts, the tone, the ask. Nothing leaves on autopilot.

  4. Only to people with a reason to care

We write to buyers who have a real use for what you do. Anyone who says stop is stopped, the same day.

It is slow at the scale of one message and steady at the scale of the whole effort. That is the point.

Then the machine is yours.

We run what we build until it produces pipeline you can see, measured against a baseline we agree with you before we start. Then it moves to your side of the table, piece by piece.

The playbook

How your buyers are found, read and written to, in plain words your team can follow.

The data

Every buyer, every note and every conversation, in your own systems.

The message library

The openers, follow ups and replies that worked, kept and labeled.

Your people, trained

The team on your side who will run it, taught by doing the work with us.

Why we call it a machine

We took the name on purpose. Most people hear the word machine and think of volume. We think of a well made press. Every part has one job. The operator knows each part by hand. The last sheet comes out as clean as the first.

Outbound should work like that. Careful at the level of a single reader, dependable over time, and simple enough that your own people can run it once we step back.

We are a small consultancy for established B2B companies that have outgrown their network. We would rather build one channel properly than promise you all of them at once.

Free, and written for you

A short read of your business. Which doors you keep open, which ones sit shut, and where an outbound engine would fit first. No deck and no obligation. Tell us your case and we will write it up.
